Expensive pans, no customer service.
It is now three months and still no pans. Two general emails with excuses (presumably to all their customers), but not a personal reply to any of my emails.
The best bit is that I am still being bombarded by their Instagram ads that say: “now back in stock!”
If they’re back in stock, where the hell is my order?
