Really really awful experience - still trying to get my money back after not receiving pans. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible customer service, Ordered two pans in april with a delivery date quoted as start of July. Emailed and kept getting told it would be the next month and i was a priority order, Today emailed asking when the expected delivery date was as it is closing in on 6 months since order and the chairman (who appears to be the only person working at this company) just refunded me. Complete rip off

I was fooled by the professional-looking website and positive product reviews. I was not prepared to find myself dealing with what appears to be a one-person company who take your money and don't deliver the products. Ordered 4 pans early July and was assured delivery by late July. Chased and chased and was fobbed-off with every excuse in the book. Finally got 2 pans delivered and now (mid-October) can't get a refund for the two other pans. Have decided to go through small-claims court to recover my lost money although I expect to have to enforce the judgement as I can't imagine I'm the only customer she has ripped off.

Terrible delays and truly appalling customer service. Constantly promising and not delivering and also what appears to be lies. Shocking

I have paid for a frying pan five months ago and I haven’t received nothing this people are fraudsters be very careful don’t order anything

Like many here, ordered and paid for but nothing other than reactive email when pushed. And now they are telling me they are selling the pans as ‘in stock’ at 15 pc off. they have yet to blame the war in Ukraine but that is coming. It looks dodgy at best, a scam at worst - does anyone actually know of another person (ie not writing a review) who has received anything?

Like others on here, I placed an order 2 months ago and am yet to receive delivery. Had 2 generic e-mails saying there was a delay. Still seeing ads saying ghe pans are in stock when clearly the are not! Am now pursuing a refund.

Terrible Customer service with no response, I have been waiting for nearly 3 months with no contact other than generic emails. I have had to go through the credit card company to get a refund. Cant comment on the quality as never received them.

Great pans woeful service... Already have two of these pans which I love. Ordered a couple more nearly three months ago and there's still no sign of them. A couple of generic customer service emails since (promising delivery soon) but I'll believe it when I see it. I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't for the fact I'm bombarded with ads on Instagram nearly every single day. I've already ordered the damn things, just send them to me!

Expensive pans, no customer service. It is now three months and still no pans. Two general emails with excuses (presumably to all their customers), but not a personal reply to any of my emails. The best bit is that I am still being bombarded by their Instagram ads that say: “now back in stock!” If they’re back in stock, where the hell is my order?

I ordered an expensive set of pans that were supposed to be delivered in 3-5 BDs. When they didn't turn up I got in touch with Crane, who responded advising they wouldn't be available for another month. I then requested a refund - they didn't respond to that, but instead circulated a generic email apologising and advising that anyone who had ordered them wouldn't receive them for another month. I still can't get hold of them. Terrible customer service and poor communication. Hoping to get a refund but not overly optimistic. Would strongly suggest avoiding purchasing anything directly from Crane.

I ordered my pan set in January and it’s now March with no sign of them arriving. Happy to adjust my rating if I ever receive my items or perhaps even a refund so I can buy elsewhere.

Appalling customer service. Ordered an item and after a week of no news it was suddenly out of stock. Wasn't informed of this in any way, had to chase after them, got a curt answer and refund email shortly after. Apart from that I have received a faulty pot in the past, on which the lid had broken off. Took them weeks to replace it and only after repeated prompts. Very disappointed. Pity really...

I ordered my items end of November and am still yet to receive them or a confirmed date of delivery. Crane Cookware are very curt in their emails replies and there is no one to contact by telephone. Very disappointing

ORDER NUMBER: 6240 Dear Helpful Person at CRANE, Having emailed you without response, I'm hoping you will respond from this review? Please can someone give me a ring to update me re ORDER reference 6240? On 10th December we received delivery an S1 Stainless Steel pan, having ordered and paid for the set of 4 (S1, S2, S4 & S5 Pans). I received an email that afternoon stating that we have had all 4 pans delivered, which is not the case. A few days prior to that delivery, I had contacted Crane, as we were still awaiting delivery. I was informed that there had been a delay in delivery from abroad, but that all were due to be delivered the following week. I had recieved an email on 8th December I notifying me that our order had been amended - though I do not understand why it indicated an amendment - as it still showed that we were due all 4 pans. Please can we be sent our outstanding S2, S4 and S5 pans asap? Very happy to substantially increase the review star rating.... dependent upon yoyr response to the issue... Sincere thanks, and hoping you, your family, friends and colleagues are and remain safe and well.
