Terrible customer service, Ordered two pans in april with a delivery date quoted as start of July. Emailed and kept getting told it would be the next month and i was a priority order, Today emailed asking when the expected delivery date was as it is closing in on 6 months since order and the chairman (who appears to be the only person working at this company) just refunded me.
