Appalling customer service. Ordered an item and after a week of no news it was suddenly out of stock. Wasn't informed of this in any way, had to chase after them, got a curt answer and refund email shortly after.
Apart from that I have received a faulty pot in the past, on which the lid had broken off. Took them weeks to replace it and only after repeated prompts.
Very disappointed. Pity really...
