ORDER NUMBER: 6240 Dear Helpful Person at CRANE, Having emailed you without response, I'm hoping you will respond from this review? Please can someone give me a ring to update me re ORDER reference 6240? On 10th December we received delivery an S1 Stainless Steel pan, having ordered and paid for the set of 4 (S1, S2, S4 & S5 Pans). I received an email that afternoon stating that we have had all 4 pans delivered, which is not the case. A few days prior to that delivery, I had contacted Crane, as we were still awaiting delivery. I was informed that there had been a delay in delivery from abroad, but that all were due to be delivered the following week. I had recieved an email on 8th December I notifying me that our order had been amended - though I do not understand why it indicated an amendment - as it still showed that we were due all 4 pans. Please can we be sent our outstanding S2, S4 and S5 pans asap? Very happy to substantially increase the review star rating.... dependent upon yoyr response to the issue...
