I ordered an expensive set of pans that were supposed to be delivered in 3-5 BDs. When they didn't turn up I got in touch with Crane, who responded advising they wouldn't be available for another month. I then requested a refund - they didn't respond to that, but instead circulated a generic email apologising and advising that anyone who had ordered them wouldn't receive them for another month. I still can't get hold of them. Terrible customer service and poor communication. Hoping to get a refund but not overly optimistic. Would strongly suggest avoiding purchasing anything directly from Crane.
