Having emailed you without response, I'm hoping you will respond from this review?
Please can someone give me a ring to update me re ORDER reference 6240?
On 10th December we received delivery an S1 Stainless Steel pan, having ordered and paid for the set of 4 (S1, S2, S4 & S5 Pans).
I received an email that afternoon stating that we have had all 4 pans delivered, which is not the case.
A few days prior to that delivery, I had contacted Crane, as we were still awaiting delivery. I was informed that there had been a delay in delivery from abroad, but that all were due to be delivered the following week.
I had recieved an email on 8th December I notifying me that our order had been amended - though I do not understand why it indicated an amendment - as it still showed that we were due all 4 pans.
Please can we be sent our outstanding S2, S4 and S5 pans asap?

thank you for the quick replacement, you are very kind. However, I have to note that you sent me two parcels and two pots, whereas I only complained about one. And I'm sorry to say that you sent me the wrong, larger pot twice. But that's probably my fault too. I was talking about the casserole, but I meant the one you refer to as S1 Saucepan. You can also see this in the video I sent you. The long handle of this one of the two S1 pots I bought is wobbly. In Germany, France, Italy and so on, such small pots with long handles are called casseroles. In your offer, however, the pot S2 is described as a casserole, and that is the one you sent us twice. I only noticed this discrepancy afterwards. But to be on the safe side, I had sent you the video showing the defective pot S1. I am now somewhat at a loss as to how we can now bring this matter to a happy conclusion without incurring a lot of costs. Shouldn't we send at least one pot back to you? What do you think, please?”
“The pots and pans were a lovely clean timeless design but unfortunately I will have to send them back.
I have small hands so the handles of the larger items were unconfutable for me to hold due to them being flattish in shape, Otherwise I would have defiantly kept them.”
“Made a lovely crusty sourdough with the C1 casserole. In fact made two - both came out well with no requirement for a tray of water in the oven - so less hazardous for me!”

“I purchased this set to replace my usual circulon non stick pan sets which I end up purchasing every 3-4 years, when the coatings fail. I’m hoping that these pans will perform better and not need replacing for a good many years.
On arrival I noted two of the pans had internal surface imperfections, this was immediately resolved (on a Sunday!) with two prefect replacement pans sent the next day and a return label.
