Customer support experience was not, all you need to do is keep the customer informed of what's happening with their order, it may be down to covid I hope so as it's a great British product, that should have great customer support to match.”

“Appalling customer service. Ordered an item and after a week of no news it was suddenly out of stock. Wasn't informed of this in any way, had to chase after them, got a curt answer and refund email shortly after.
Apart from that I have received a faulty pot in the past, on which the lid had broken off. Took them weeks to replace it and only after repeated prompts.
Very disappointed. Pity really...”
“Don't bother trying to contact customer services if you have a problem -- they are great at selling and distributing but ignore any message asking for help with a faulty product. I sent 3 emails were all ignored -- appalling customer care. there's no telephone number that I could find so the only communication is through email which they don't answer.”
