My new casserole dish (which I am mainly using as a Dutch Oven for bread making) is everything I wanted it to be. Customer Service was fantastic with my initial queries about the product; it arrived very quickly (with payments spread over three months at no extra cost and very easily) and was beautifully packed. I started using it straight away and am thrilled with it. I shall buy more pieces!
