And I'm sorry to say that you sent me the wrong, larger pot twice. But that's probably my fault too. I was talking about the casserole, but I meant the one you refer to as S1 Saucepan. You can also see this in the video I sent you. The long handle of this one of the two S1 pots I bought is wobbly. In Germany, France, Italy and so on, such small pots with long handles are called casseroles. In your offer, however, the pot S2 is described as a casserole, and that is the one you sent us twice. I only noticed this discrepancy afterwards. But to be on the safe side, I had sent you the video showing the defective pot S1. I am now somewhat at a loss as to how we can now bring this matter to a happy conclusion without incurring a lot of costs. Shouldn't we send at least one pot back to you? What do you think, please?
