The saucepans are fine but they took 3 months to arrive, during which time to add insult to injury I was bombarded with e mails offering them for a new reduced price. When I asked for the difference (£52) to be refunded I was told they would but a month on from delivery I'm still waiting for the rebate. So in summary, customer service diabolical, but saucepans OK
