It is so very very sad that the Foundry exploded and the creator of these wonderful pans died. So I bought another small C5 pan as I use this constantly searing meat on the hob and then finishing it off in the oven. The pans are beautiful to cook with. It is important to let them dry properly after each use and to season them regularly to retain their finish.
