My delivery was handled to someone else without my permission and went missing 20 days ago, as far as I know if I miss the delivery a letter should be left not the product.
Till today a investigation is running and everytime I contact them no one has a proper answer to explain what or why it happened ans whats the solution.
Plus a TERRIBLE customer service!
