Terrible - spent £1,000 on a new computer. Faulty after 30 days. Called to complain and they told me to turn it on and off again. Faulty again a week later.
They are refusing to refund me or provide a replacement. Telling me i'll have to wait a full 28 days before they would look at that.
I get an email after a week to say "they are working hard to source parts for it".
I need this computer for work and this is now affecting me financially.
You try and speak to someone and they are all in South Africa.
I have spent the best part of £2k with the last few months. They will never get a penny more from me.
I will now take this to the Ombudsman.
