We have been waiting for FIVE hours for the delivery of a new washing machine which we have paid for in full.
My husband used the tracking to check on when our delivery would occur but got the same answer each time. He phoned them 15 minutes ago and I heard a lady asking all possible details and then she just listened to our complaints saying it will be delivered.
No sign of a delivery driver. Easy to reach us from the main road.
