Hi. I disappointed Currys very badly they let me down twice. I ordered online a smart watch I opened a box and the item just was to big and to heavy on my hand. I never youse that watch so I put all back and I want to return back. I'll text to Currys and they give me a date for collection from my house to Currys back his name was Paul T and they never come to me.... Than I was text again I spoke with Shirley they said sorry for collection not completet and they give me another date and they did this again nobody come to collect back.
