Bought a fridge freezer online , tried to contact about a fault on purchase , call centre based in South Africa, no one seemed to have any idea how to respond, redirected several times to try and get a solution; a total waste of time and effort. Why can't we speak to someone who can actually resolve an issue? Why are call centres in South Africa ? Currys , like a lot of UK companies, are not interested in customer care. I would advise anyone to think twice before embarking on purchasing on line. I had to contact the manufacturer to get advice. I appreciate people in South Africa need jobs but so does the UK . More importantly customers need a service that is fit for purpose. This is not . Its a disgrace. Be warned!!!!
