I am extremely disappointed with Currys' service. I placed an order and, just 30 minutes later, received an email stating that my order had been canceled without any explanation. The email also mentioned that no payment had been taken. However, when I tried to place a new order, my £300 eVoucher was declined due to "insufficient balance."
I contacted customer service, and they informed me that it would take 3-5 days to process the refund. This is completely unacceptable, as I now have to wait several days to use the money that is rightfully mine.
This experience has been frustrating, and I expected better from a company like Currys. They need to improve their communication and refund process to avoid putting customers through such unnecessary hassle.
