This is truely appalling service. The single worse customer service of any company I ever dealt with.
No reply to my email.
No answer to phone calls and your terrible automated service will not recognise my phone number.
I eventually got a phone number and your phone was off the hook. Full day wastsed trying to contact Currys.
Was promised delivery within 5-7 worrking days, which I needed as we had to replace our fridge freezer.
Currently in the process of a chargeback as I had to buy a new fridge freezer from elsewhere.
