Bought a washing machine in Currys in-store. When I got it, 30/07, there was a part missing. Emailed Currys on the day (there is no facility to contact the store directly) on the day to advise. I have sent numerous emails and phoned numerous times. The only response I get is “we will pass it on to the store and someone will contact you”, or, “I will book you in for one of the managers to ring you”. Needless to say, no one from the store has ever contacted me, and no Customer Service manager has ever phoned me. As a result, I submitted a claim for a refund and return of the item, but this request has just been ignored also.
The multi-choice questions don't have a "never responded" or a "impossible to get a refund" answer so used the most appropriate.
Not only could I never recommend Currys to someone, I would strongly recommend against them, based on the non-existent Customer Service. They are fine to deal with when nothing goes wrong, but you’re on your own if something does.
