I bought 7 items for kitchen. I asked for them all to be installed but the girl at the counter made a mistake and only charged me for 2 items to be installed. Mistakes happen I can get over that.
Can't contact store directly, that's ok. Rang number, went through a painful auto journey to be put through to an Indian call centre that sounded like they were working in a market.
They told me I must go back to the store. I went back to the store, queued for 1h 30 mins. I paid and they told me they would email me next day as it was Sunday and they couldn't confirm installation date as I advised I couldn't wait longer than a week. If they can't do it I'll hire a handyman myself. I did not receive that email and called the number again only for them to be unable to find my order. A total of 105 mins on calls the next day repeating the same information over and over again. They find my order eventually and ask me to call another number in the UK. I called this number that didn't work, she gave me wrong number it seems. Back again to call centre repeating the whole process again and I'm writing this as I'm on hold on yet another call 22 mins and counting.
I'm not getting mad with staff as it's not their fault. Just 1 mistake at start of sale has taken hours of my time and I would recommend stay away from Currys delivery service. I don't care if you respond or not to this. I don't want to hear from you again.
