I’ve owned 4 cycliq units and they’ve been great. They’ve come in useful for a lawsuit as well.
I had An issue with a fly12ce unit which was just outa warranty and I was up front about it. Cycliq took care of of it without issue I was super impressed with their customer support they were really on top of it.
