Cycliq sent a replacement body for my fly12.
Proposed option to replace it myself, with clear instructions. It was quite easy.
So I am happy with the service, although the issue I had (broken start button) is a fundamental design issue, I had this problem twice now and will likely happen again with the replacement body. I hope this design issue is fixed in the new model!
