I'm glad that Cycliq offered a replacement part without cost although I have to bear the shipping cost. The instruction provided was pretty clear. The only frustration that I encountered was trying to keep the positions of the 2 light pipes when sliding the main casing into the unit. They keep dropping out. Perhaps your team could think of a way to improve this aspect of it. Thank you!
