Bought June 2021, fly6 dead March 2023. Cycliq unwilling to replace the product. Despite gentle and limited use, the device failed. After trouble shooting with the tech support team I was informed that Cycliq wouldn’t be willing to replace their product and that it was way out of warranty (not even two years old). I’m very disappointed with the longevity of this expensive device and even more so by the lack of Cycliq’s customer support.
