Unpleasant experience. We have purchased business insurance from this company. When we start reporting accidents we were absolutely shocked with a level of service provided by Davies. Delays in all cases, unable to send updates, hard to get through the phone line, email fairly answered, poor communication between departments, and another issues which casing a lot of stress and time consumption. Definitely not worth 60k per annual.
If you insure your fleet, think twice and make sure you got a Broker who will represent your company.
