Took out the silver policy which stated on their key features document that we were covered for flight cancellations. We weren't. They only cover cancellations for a few select reasons - and hide these reasons in a 97 page T&C document. Underhand and immoral. Financial Ombudsman, Martin Lewis, BBC watchdog, Small claims court here we go
