Submitted claim for emergency surgery in US. Initially told 15 working days to assess claim,then kept moving date back. Now been 16 weeks and we still being hounded to pay outstanding bills of $44,000. Not enough staff. Upheld our complaint that they mishandled claim. Awful company. Pls, pls, pls don't use them.
