I didn't know I was dealing with Davies Group until I put in a claim on my Staysure travel policy, on which I paid extra for travel disruption. Staysure claim a great Trustpilot rating but this seems to be based mainly on people's experience in taking out a policy, not on claims. When I first dealt with Staysure they did seem to have a good reputation on claims but that is now in tatters. I claimed on 20th October, didn't get a proper acknowledgement (except to my complaints about lack of acknowledgement) until end of January. Then, although I had sent all documentation required with my claim, they demanded further documentation that was no longer available to me because they had delayed so long. I WILL fight them.
