My elderly parents have been waiting months for their travel insurance claim to be settled. They returned all the required documents to the address on the claim form including a doctors certificate that they had to pay for. It was sent recorded delivery and signed for by someone at the company address but they said it should have been sent to a different address and my parents must pay for a new medical examination at their own cost.
