Absolutely disgraceful company. My claim has been ongoing for over 7 months now. They don’t answer emails at all even though they are supposed to have a 5 day turn around. I have asked for call backs from the manager but apparently she does not know how to use her phone as I have heard nothing back from her! Stay well clear from this company!!!
