They must be the worse insurance company to deal with. No reply to emails. Request information over & over again it’s like a drip feed to hold up payment. The staff are hand picked to be the rudest in the business. Say the wrong word and they hang onto it to reject your claim.

My advice to anyone thinking of going with this company think again. If you challenge the caller that she has picked you up wrong she threatens to hang up on you.
She apologised is I thought she made a mistake
I didn’t think she made a mistake
She 100% made one by not listening to my conversation
She had made her mind up. My claim was being reject
I got the feeling she got some kind of pleasure telling me that.
If my claim was rejected due to wear & tear I accept that. It’s the whole attitude that has sickened me
