TOTALLY INCOMPETENT company....Took 49minutes on hold to get thru' to them..and this was a successful day with them!
Our flood happened in JANUARY 2023 and STLL WAITING FOR adjuster who EARLIEST date to visit home is APRIL 25,2024!!!
thank god I got drier company out myself.. but as for the rest..no contact..all scripted calls no personal service..basically SLOW SLOW SLOW and HORRIBLE DEF STRESSFUL..cannot say enought about their LACK of care...
