The worst service. I spoke with both Simon and Hussain. Their level of communication was zero. Simon was very rude when answering the phone and Hussain got the insurance order completely wrong. Neither has any customer service experience and could not be bothered to help in the slightest. I was also told by Hussain that the managers don’t want to accept customer calls.
