Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this company like the plague. I can’t tell you everything that has happened as I’d be here a week, just know I’ve called both Davies Group 23 times so far and they still can’t get my working phone back to me. They will lie and tell you things you know to be untrue. I’ve been promised my phone back no less that 5 times now and still no working phone. It went in for repair of a charger port and they said it was uneconomical to repair, I asked for my phone back and they said it had been scrapped. They eventually sent a phone back to me with a broke screen. It’s been exactly a month since I sent it away for repair and I’ve had zero communication from Davies Group and I’m still without a phone.
