Made a claim, had someone out to look at the electrics that told us there was actually nothing wrong. They were great. However, then we received a letter charging us £350 for confirmed damage to the electrics due to water and threatened to take legal action if we didn't pay. After many calls to the company and zero updates or contact from them, they finally dropped it and said we didn't Have to pay. I'm sure many people, especially more vulnerable people would have paid the £350 due to the fear of them taking legal action. Scam artists, beware.
