I've been trying to get my roof sorted, unfortunately due to the inability of your assessor Paul I am still waiting weeks later. Holding back giving poor excuses. Not connecting with each other. Turning up 7 hours early. I won't be using them again. If they wish to speak to me before i call the ombudsman.
