Do not use this company. My mother has been paying a premium every month since 1997. With out missing a payment and now that she needs them to pay out for her long term care. They are not. She has gone threw her personal savings paying her aides. Also another problem is that there is not one person handling individual cases. There are many, with no communication between them.
