I was tricked in the delivery date. My old backpack was torn apart and I chose the pale olive color because it was in stock and it was going to be delivered promptly. As days went by and I didn't get my order, I emailed asking for this issue. Apparently they moved the delivery date because they didn't have any pale olive in stock! I chose a different color and was delivered to me immediately, but it was not cool how they said they had it in stock first and didn't.
