I tried to love it, but the bag is too bulky and heavy even with nothing inside it. Also it creates marks if something touches the fabric… for example I had it in overhead bin with other luggage. The luggage bushed up against it and left marks on the bag.
I used it once on my trip to Europe recently. The straps are way too big even fully adjusted since I’m petite.
Unfortunately this bag is going to goodwill as I cannot use it again. Not comfortable due to straps and much heavier with things in it.
I like the design and look of it though.
