I initially bought the orange Slim Backpack because i LOVED the color but completely underestimated how much stuff I carry lol. It was too small for me so, I exchanged my Slim Backpack for THE Backpack. (The process went so smoothly!) I submitted a request, picked which new backpack I wanted, and my return was processed and shipped the next business day! The whole process was self serve and very simple.
