The bag is well made, but much more shallow then I expected looking at reviews and photos. This is a bag for someone who carries real basic things, and not a great every day carry for someone with laptop, notebooks, pouches. I picked this model based on my height and some reviews. I was disappointed that I couldn't exchange it for the larger size and pay the difference, as now I have a bag I will never use and don't want to buy the large bag (and end up paying for 2 bags). Costumer service was nice, but it was frustrating in the end.
