Haven't used it yet, as it is for traveling, and our trip is not for a few months. However, it is a beautiful bag, and I think it fits my space requirements well. Mostly, thank you for the amazing customer service. The color bag I chose was delayed a bit, so you sent me a whole other backpack! When you said you were sending a bag to apologize for the delay, I thought for sure you meant a market bag.... So generous!
