There were several hiccups during the shipping process of both backpacks but I’m glad Day Owl made it right both times. I would encourage more timely responses to emails sent to the hello @ dayowl address. Also, please consider adding credit card slots do the top part of the side pocket of The Backpack! 🙏🏽
