Fast shipping, great products. I've recently purchased 2 of the backpack pros, one in black for my teenager and one in gray for myself. The separate padded zip pocket for laptops is brilliant; I love the waterproof pocket for water bottle/umbrella; my Samsung s22 phone (in a case) fits in the phone pocket, which is didn't expect; the large main space can fit my lunch and all the other things I need in a day (all the craft projects!). All in all a great bag!
