Took 6 months to complete with NO CHAIN.
Not only that, but made a 'typo' (Lauren Hay), and the monies were paid to the wrong party. Complaint been made, and they now just ignore this very expensive mistake! Absolutely bloody useless bunch! And they don't taken any responsibility for their mistakes, and do not get back to you when they are wrong!
