We are in a chain where everyone involved has been ready to exchange MONTHS ago!! DC Law are handling one of the homeowners cases and they are not communicating with anyone! Absolutely horrific experience for us all now and we are now EIGHT MONTHS since the sale was agreed. If we had known where we would be at this stage the whole chain would have collapsed! Now, we are all too far along to pull out. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
