OMG Debbie Osmont is the worst lawyer in England she is incompetent beyond belief. My buyer was put onto them by Howard’s estate agents no doubt they get a cut. So had a few issues as is the norm but I am selling a lease hold property my landlord is the Great Yarmouth council so first she says she wants amendments to the lease and was told No so my buyer told her she will still buy and not worry about the lease as NEVER been an issue EVER before so this was August and my buyer wrote to confirm this. Next was some white goods we told her we are dealing with personally and don’t want lawyers involved again around August. Next was proof of maintenance fee for year paid so my lawyer sent a letter from council confirming it was all paid in full. All issues sorted so you would think 6 months down the road yes 6 months. But NO - we are all ready to exchange etc and this fool writes and says the lease problem as above please contact landlord etc then provide proof of maintenance paid as above then confirm all goods are being left as above UNREAL. My lawyer said she has all questions sorted months ago and after contacting Howard’s and giving them grief they closed ranks and Sophie does not even return calls. This company DC LAW is a joke and the staff are useless they have no idea they are clowns and I am ready to take this matter further. PLEASE DONT USE THEM FOR GOD SAKE. On this day now I am still no further forward she has had letter off buyer she has had letter off landlord the council she has been told private sale of white goods and still a total idiot.
