Absolutely incompetent firm - avoid like the plague ! Was used for a house purchase and an indemnity was needed. They gave me a draft of the proposed indemnity which did not cover what was needed. They then provided a 2nd draft indemnity which did the job. They were asked to put the 2nd indemnity into force but they put the first (totally useless) indemnity in place. We only found out when a claim had to be made on the indemnity. One of their owners doesn't want to have to deal with a claim - shocking ! Being reported to the Law Association.
