AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! It’s been over 3 months since I made a formal complaint to this shambolic company. The complaint was made to the ‘director’ Simon (as detailed on their website) To this date I have not received a satisfactory response or the request for information under GDPR. This company are an insult to legitimate conveyancing firms and their empathy is non existent. I am over £1.5k out of pocked due to their utter incompetence but they do not care!! I have lodged a complaint with the legal ombudsman in the hope that an independent firm can see how appalling this company are and how utterly worthless their complaints process is! Do not believe any of these false 5* reviews. Trust pilot should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these lies. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. Pay for a local firm who you can actually contact and who care about you. With DC Law you are just another worthless number!
